EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
WE APPRECIATE YOUR PURCHASE AT HERITAGE THREADS
If you need to exchange an item due to size issues, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.
Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your exchange and dispatch the new size within 7-10 business days.
Refunds are only issued for defective articles. Please contact us within 5 days, and description of the issue, including photos if possible. If approved, the defective article should be sent back to us. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
